As a sales associate you will walk your clients through home buying and/or home selling process from start to finish. Advise your clients as a trusted advisor, including suggesting renovations. Walk through homes, value homes, and manage tour and open house events. Negotiate real estate deals and complete contracts. As a sales associate, you need to be involved with your community and build and maintain relationships. Continued education and training opportunities will be available to you regularly.
